Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (does not apply to digital products). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Digital Products (MP3s, FLACs, and other downloadable products)

You can get a refund within 30 days of your purchase. In case you have downloaded the product more than 10 times, refund requests are subject to internal fraud and piracy review.

Physical Products (CDs, DVDs, books, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and others)

You can get a refund within 30 days of your purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition A refund can only be given once the physical product has been returned to us. You are responsible for paying the return shipping.

Returns

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds are processed by Attuned Vibrations, NOT Vervante (our fullfilment company). Note that while some returned items must be shipped to Vervante, all questions and communications about returns must be directed to Attuned Vibrations.

Exceptions 

For defective or damaged products (excluding damages during delivery), please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
